Kampala - Uganda yesterday denied accusations by the Democratic Republic of the Congo that it was aiding a rebellion against President Laurent Kabila. A Uganda People's Defence Force (UPDF) spokesman, Capt Shaban Bantariza, said: "They are joking. If Uganda were to invade Congo everybody would know."
