A retired Co Tyrone factory worker was returned for trial on nine sex charges involving three young girls when he appeared at Cookstown Magistrates court yesterday. Mr John Francis Dolly (61) of Barrack Street, Coalisland, is accused of indecently assaulting the girls between February and September last year. Mr Dolly, who denies the charges, will stand trial at Omagh Crown Court in May. He was allowed bail and granted legal aid for two counsel at his trial.
