A Cork man who is serving a manslaughter sentence has been jailed for a further two years after he paid £3,000 compensation to another assault victim. Judge Patrick Smith said this term would run concurrently with sentences totalling 41/2 years imposed on Philip O'Leary (24) last March when he pleaded guilty to a further assault and a manslaughter charge.
