AN aircraft en route from Mexico to England was diverted to Shannon airport early yesterday after a drunken fracas on board in which a passenger was injured, officials said.
"There was some sort of conflict on board. Two men were taken off and were released by immigration authorities," sources at Shannon said. "They were ... told to find their own way back to England."
