A mother and daughter who are charged with intent to steal at the home of the murdered Co Galway farmer, Mr Tommy Casey, appeared in Galway District Court yesterday.
Mrs Kathleen Connors (55), Greenfields, Newcastle, Galway, and her daughter, Ms Alison Connors (21), of Killenaule, Thurles, Co Tipperary, are both charged with entering Mr Casey's house at Oranbeg, Oranmore, on January 15th with intent to steal.
Judge John Garavan remanded the two women in custody until March 25th.
