An Air Corps helicopter and the Bundoran lifeboat were searching Donegal Bay early today for two people in a small boat which was overdue on a short trip across the bay. The Marine Rescue Co-ordination Centre said the couple left Teelin, in Donegal on a pleasure craft at around 7 p.m. yesterday and were due in Mullaghmore harbour, in Sligo at 10 p.m. When they did not appear the alarm was raised.
