Two men in their thirties have been arrested following the seizure of heroin shortly after midnight last night.
Gardaí made the arrests after the search of a hotel room in Ennis, Co Clare. A Garda spokesman said the heroin has a potential street value of €15,600
Both men are being detained under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act and are being held at Ennis Garda station.
