LONDON - Two men jailed for distributing child pornography on the Internet lost their appeals yesterday when a court rejected arguments that images stored on computer disc did not constitute photographs.

The Court of Appeal upheld the convictions of computer experts Alban Fellows (26) and Stephen Arnold (24) on charges brought under the 1978 Protection of Children Act and the Obscene Publications Acts of 1959 and 1964.
