Two people remain in a serious condition in hospital tonight following a crash in Co Galway.
They were among five people hurt when two cars collided at Garbally on the main N6 Galway to Dublin road outside Ballinasloe at around 2pm.
All five were taken to Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe.
Three were treated for minor injuries, while two were seriously injured.
