Police in Northern Ireland have launched a murder inquiry today after a 29-year-old Polish man was found dead.

Police in Northern Ireland have launched a murder inquiry today after a 29-year-old Polish man was found dead.

The victim was discovered at a house in the Cliftonville Road, north Belfast, on Saturday evening.

Officers arrested a 28-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man in Belfast last night.

Investigators have appealed for anybody who saw somebody entering or leaving the Cliftonville Road premises to contact them.

The murder probe was launched following a postmortem examination.
