A man was stabbed in the throat during an attack in Northern Ireland last night.
The victim (27) also suffered wounds to his hands and ear in the assault at South Street in Newtownards, Co Down.
Police said he managed to get to a friend's house in Holywood, several miles away from where he was taken to hospital. His condition was unknown.
Two men were later arrested by detectives.
