Two men have been arrested and a shotgun seized after a shooting incident in Limerick city last night.
Two houses in the O’Malley Park area of the city were damaged after shots were fired at them at midnight. Both houses were unoccupied at the time and nobody was hurt.
The two men were arrested nearby shortly after the incident. They are being held at Roxboro Road Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
