Two men are due in court in Dungannan today over the murder of a man in Co Tyrone.
Shaun Fitzpatrick (32) was battered around the head and dumped in an alleyway in Dungannon on his way home from a pub last weekend.
His body was found early on Sunday morning near his home. The men, aged 21 and 24, were arrested separately in Dungannon earlier this week.
