VLORE - Two demonstrators died yesterday in street clashes with riot police in the southern Albanian port, one of a bullet wound, the other of a heart attack.
The rioting engulfed streets around Independence Square where teas of thousands of protesters denouncing the President, Mr Sali Berisha, and the collapse of pyramid investment schemes, had marched peacefully on five successive days.
