Two RAF personnel died today in a mid-air collision when their Tutor single-engine training aircraft collided with a civilian glider in Oxfordshire, the Ministry of Defence said.

Three people were involved in the collision, which occurred at around 2pm this afternoon in Drayton.

The exact circumstances of the accident are unclear.
