Two charges over fatal fight

Two Englishmen were charged yesterday following a fight between two stag groups at a Dublin hotel which resulted in the death of a man. Mr Stephen Warner Simmons (35), of Kingswood, Surrey, and Mr Gary Benson (34), of Weybridge, Surrey, are accused of causing violence with the deceased man, Mr Francis Tomilson, and his brother, Anthony, at Jury's Inn, North Wall, on April 19th. Judge Connellan remanded both on their own bail of £100 each to appear on December 9th.
