ESSEX - Two teenagers arrested in the inquiry into the death of Leah Betts who died after taking one tablet of ecstasy at her 18th birthday party, have been charged with supplying ecstasy to one of her friends.
Mr Stephen Smith (18) and a 17 year old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, both from Basildon, Essex, will appear in Southend Magistrates Court on January 10th.
