A man and a woman have been charged in relation to the death of Evelyn Joel(58) who died at Wexford General Hospital last January.
Mrs Joel's daughter, Eleanor Joel (32) and her partner Jonathan Costen (34) were both charged with manslaughter and reckless endangerment at Enniscorthy District Court today.
Both were granted bail and are due back in court next month.
Mrs Joel died six days after she was admitted to Wexford General Hospital on January 1st. She had been suffering from multiple sclerosis and arthritis and was severely malnourished.
