Two Monaghan men charged with having banned chemicals under the EU Animal Remedies Act have had their cases adjourned until September 9th. Before Carrickmacross District Court yesterday were Mr James Cunningham, from Donaghmoyne, and Mr Hugh MacNally, of Beech Drive, Carrickmacross. The case is being brought by the Minister for Agriculture.
