Gardai in Clonmel have arrested two local men in connection with the death of Mr Francis Daniels in the town last month. The men, both in their early 20s, were taken into custody at 3 p.m. yesterday. The body of Mr Daniels was discovered in a laneway near his home in Oliver Plunkett Terrace. He died of head injuries consistent with a serious assault.
