TVC Holdings said it made a €300,000 net gain on its investment portfolio for the nine months to the end of September.
In August the company invested €10 million to acquire a 29 per cent shareholding in a company set up to operate 11 Comfort Inn and Quality Hotels in Ireland.
It also invested €4.3 million in Norkom Group as well as €6.3 million in existing unquoted portfolio companies during the period.
The company said it has €52 million in the bank.
