A community TV deflector candidate is to stand in the three seater Donegal Southwest constituency in the forthcoming election. Mr Thomas Gildea, of Glenties, was selected at a meeting of the Donegal Community group at a meeting of deflector television interests in Co Donegal.
Mr Gildea said that based on the reaction he had received to date, he was confident of strong support.
