LONDON - Archbishop Desmond Tutu of Cape Town yesterday said it was a matter of "justice" that practising homosexuals be ordained as priests. His comments on BBC Radio 4 came days after he put his name to an advert supporting the Gay and Lesbian Christian Movement, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
