Geneva - At least 107 refugees were killed and 30 wounded in an attack on a camp housing ethnic Tutsis from former Zaire in Rwanda's north-west border region of Gisenyi, the UN refugee agency said yesterday.

A spokeswoman said preliminary reports indicated that the ethnic Tutsis were massacred with machetes.
