Athens - The Turkish Foreign Minister, Mr Ismail Cem, said in comments published yesterday that relations with long-time rival Greece had so improved that the two could now begin talks on substantial problems such as Aegean sovereignty.
"Turkey remains committed to solve all its differences with Greece with peaceful means and realises that Greece has the same commitment," he said.
