Dublin and London listed group Tullow Oil said today the Likonde-1 well in the Ruvuma Basin of Tanzania has been spudded.
Likonde-1 well will test multiple targets in the Tertiary, Cretaceous, and Permo-Trias Karoo intervals, the group said.
Tullow operates the well in partnership with Aminex subsidiary Ndovu Resources and Solo Oil.
