New York - The billionaire New York property developer, Mr Donald Trump, announced yesterday he had decided not to run for president but did not rule out an attempt for the White House in 2004.
He said in a statement that internal fighting in the Reform Party, under which he would have run his campaign, had meant he could not have won the race. He said he would continue to be interested in the political process.
