MOSCOW - Russian communists, led by presidential challenger Mr Gennady Zyuganov, paid tribute to Lenin yesterday, the 126th anniversary of his birth.
Hundreds of people carried red flags, carnations and pictures of the founder of the Soviet Union as the procession went towards the granite mausoleum where his body lies embalmed.
