Tribute paid to Malta envoy

Mr Noel Judd, consul general of Malta in Dublin, has been appointed an honorary member of the National Order of Merit by the country's president. The honour was conferred upon him at an investiture ceremony in the Palace at Valletta, on Independence Day last month.
