A challenge by a building company, its director and his wife to orders directing that details of their bank accounts be given to the chairman of the Planning Tribunal was rejected by the High Court yesterday.

Mr Justice Geoghegan refused to grant the orders sought by Bovale Developments Ltd, Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin, and company director Mr Michael Bailey and his wife Teresa, of Killamonan House, The Ward, Co Dublin.
