SANAA - Seven German tourists kidnapped by tribesmen in eastern Yemen on March 3rd have been released and were expected to arrive in the capital late yesterday.
A senior Yemeni police official said the Germans had arrived in Mukalla on the Gulf of Aden and were to be flown to the Yemeni capital by the national carrier and then back to Germany overnight on a Lufthansa flight.
