Four trials due for hearing yesterday at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court had to be adjourned to next December because there were no courts or judges available to deal with them. Judge Cyril Kelly apologised to the jury panel and said it was not the first time trials listed could not go ahead. He told the panel not to return until Monday morning.
