Noisy-Le-Grand - The first church to be built in France by Roman Catholic "traditionalists" was inaugurated yesterday in Noisy-Le-Grand, east of Paris. Some 400 people attended a ceremony conducted by Mgr Bernard Fellay, the superior of the Saint Pius X brotherhood which rejects changes introduced by the second Vatican Council.
