A town has expressed impatience with Dunnes Stores over its promise to open an outlet

A town has expressed impatience with Dunnes Stores over its promise to open an outlet. Dungannon District Council is to write to the firm asking for fresh assurances on its plans to come to the town.

Dunnes Stores owns a site at Ann Street, and last year made it clear that it would build a store only if a planned link road got the go-ahead. Work started several months ago on the link road.
