A tourist who was involved in an altercation with another man at a telephone kiosk in Dublin pleaded guilty to assault in Dublin District Court yesterday. Racist comments were directed at Mr Munda Tchenda, from Ealing, Essex, during the incident on North Circular Road on September 16th, the court heard. He pleaded guilty and was fined £40.
