The Fyffes spin-off Total Produce has purchased bought UK fresh produce company Redbridge Holdings for €23 million.
In a statement today Total Produce said it would pay an initial €13 million in cash, with an additional €4.5 million payable in 2010 if certain targets are met.
Peterborough-based Redbridge had a turnover of €352 million last year and reported pre-tax profits of €3.6 million.
