Washington - President Bill Clinton's new puppy was expected to arrive at the White House yesterday, officials said. The White House announced this month that Mr Clinton planned to bring a chocolate-coloured Labrador puppy home to join the resident cat, Socks, once it had been housebroken. The three-month-old dog is a gift from a friend of the president.
