AFTER Prionias De Rossa's recent contribution, as Gaeilge in the Dail, who says that DL doesn't have a sense of humour? Addressing a Marine Institute seminar in Furbo, Galway, last week, his party colleague, the Minister of State Eamon Gilmore, wound up his speech in the first official language. "I should say, as I break into Irish that I don't intend to make a public apology," he quipped to resounding laughs.
