Auckland - The Kingdom of Tonga has admitted being the victim of an elaborate South Korean hoax which saw its ageing king given a "world peace prize" and the setting up of a plant to convert sea-water into natural gas. The Koreans included "Rev Dr" Han Min-Su, "Dr" Park Jun-Ku, and representatives of the "Korean Peace Corps Mission" and the World Peace Prize Award Council.
