Pristina - The outgoing head of NATO's forces in Europe, US Gen Wesley Clark, made his last official visit to Kosovo yesterday, and reminded ethnic Albanians his alliance had not fought for them alone.

"Kosovo has to belong to all the people that live here, not just the Albanians, not just Serbs," said Gen Clark, who is being officially replaced by US General Joseph Ralston tomorrow

Almost 250,000 non-Albanians have fled widespread revenge attacks despite the presence of some 40,000 KFOR troops.
