A team, which is to represent Ireland at the World Cocktail Competition next month in Tokyo, was introduced to the press at a reception in Dublin yesterday. Teams from over 40 countries will take part in the competition, which takes place every three years.
The team comprises Ms Margaret Hayes and Mr William Coughlan, of Christy's Hotel in Blarney Mr Paul Heffernan, of the Law Courts Bar, Dublin; and Mr Michael Callaghan, of the Sports Bar in Lisburn, Co Antrim.
