An 18-month-old boy has died in a road accident involving a bus in north Belfast. Stephen Joseph Connolly was playing in the street at Mayfair Court off the Oldpark Road at about 9.30 a.m. yesterday when he was struck by a minibus operated by the Department of Health and Social Services.
