Toddler dies in pond fall

London - A one-year-old boy has died after falling into a duck pond on his parents' farm in Cornwall, police said. Oliver Hicks, who would have been celebrating his second birthday on Sunday, fell into the shallow pool while playing with his six-year-old brother on Thursday afternoon.
