SARAJEVO - Clocks were set back an hour yesterday in Muslim controlled parts of Bosnia. The rest of the country - and surrounding areas of western Europe - remained with the old time. In the ethnically divided city of Mostar, the time change left Croats on the west bank of the Neretva river an hour ahead of Muslims on the east bank.
