Three men are being questioned in connection with the alleged murder of a homeless man in Belfast city centre.

Three men are being questioned in connection with the alleged murder of a homeless man in Belfast city centre.

Police investigating the killing believe the victim may have been beaten to death.

The body of the victim, thought to be in his forties, was found at the Lee Hestia hostel on Brunswick Street, at about 2.40 a.m. yesterday.

The hostel provides accommodation for homeless people.
