Three dead in overnight crashes

Two teenaged boys and a 41-year-old man have died in seperate overnight crashes.

Two seventeen-year-old boys died in a crash at Coolancarney, Ballindangan in Co Wexford at around 3.30am.

The boys were taken to Wexford General Hospital where they were later declared dead.

In Kerry, a 41-year-old man died when the car he was driving crashedin Ballyduff. Gardaí at Ballybunion arrived at the scene at Slieveawaddra at 3.30am.

The driver, who was the sole occupant of the car, was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was removed to Tralee General Hospital.

Gardaí said the car was found on it's roof in a field where it had left the road. No other vehicle was believed to be involved in this collision.

Witnesses have been asked to contact Listowel Garda Station on 068 21000.
