Three men were charged today after police uncovered a cannabis farm during a raid on a property in Co Antrim.

Three men were charged today after police uncovered a cannabis farm during a raid on a property in Co Antrim.

The men, aged 24, 21 and 18, were charged with cultivating a Class C drug, possession and possession with intent to supply.

They are due to appear at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, said a PSNI spokesman.

They were arrested when officers seized 30 cannabis plants when they searched on a property in Fenaghy Road, Cullybackey, on Friday night.

Meanwhile two men arrested in Armagh yesterday after police discovered another suspected cannabis factory remain in custody.

Plants estimated to be worth around £14,000 were found in a house on the Newry Road in the city.

One man was arrested at the scene and another nearby.
