Three men were arrested this morning after gardai recovered a gun and ammunition in Dublin.
Gardai based at Sundrive Road arrested the men at about 2.30am following the recovery of a Glock pistol and ammunition at Crumlin Road, Dublin 12.
The three men aged in their early 20s are being detained in Sundrive Road and Crumlin Garda stations under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, a Garda statement said.
