Leinster and Munster fans give their verdicts

LEINSTER

Feargal O'Hanlon, Greystones, Co Wicklow:"The Leinster defence was savage. But you know what really annoys me about today. I'm after seeing fellas I know who played Leinster schools rugby and they're wearing Munster shirts. They should be named and shamed.

“One guy told me: ‘Oh I’ve been supporting Munster for the past six years’. He’s from Greystones. You can’t do that.”

Dearbhla Kelly, Castleknock, Dublin:"My aim today was to shout as loud as I could and try and keep them (Munster fans) quiet. I think we managed that. But I couldn't believe it when their supporters started leaving early."

MUNSTER

Jack O'Connell, Castleisland, Co Kerry: "Leinster were due a good game and in fairness they were awesome. Munster have beaten them so many times that today we just couldn't get the aggression levels and the intensity needed. But all is not lost. We'll be back."

James O'Neill, Union Hall, Co Cork:"Leinster were hungrier and their defending was superb. It was typical Munster defence, really, only this time it was Leinster doing it."
