BANGKOK - Thai rescue workers are hunting a crazed bull elephant who trampled two people to death in a northern village, police said yesterday. The 30-year-old, five-tonne elephant killed the villagers after breaking free of his chains in the Hangchat district of Lampang province, about 650 km north of Bangkok, on Sunday, police said.
